Cosmetics clinic ANO was in need of a full-scale marketing strategy to bring the brand’s signature aesthetics to soon-to-be customers.
With in-house capacity to execute content creation across platforms, but lacking strategic direction on how to reach the right people, ANO hired Silk Digital as their done-with-you marketing director.
Analysing their target audience on a deeper level, we identified pain points and personality traits to guide the brand’s strategy across its website, social media and email marketing.

The details on how they got there:
Before working together, what was happening in your business? How were paid ads and email marketing implemented?
“Prior to working with Silk Digital, I had a good understanding of social media, but I didn’t have the confidence to execute it at the level it should be. I felt I was putting all of my eggs in the Instagram basket which meant I was missing the opportunity to grow on other platforms. This made maintaining clientele through economic stress feel overwhelming. I didn’t understand paid ads, and lacked confidence in email marketing.”
What shifts have you experienced in both life and business since we began working together?
“It has been such a good thing working with Silk so far. I’ve noticed a big difference in my business: our Reels are getting so many views and our bookings have increased. That can’t be a coincidence.
I think my biggest takeaway has been the confidence that Sam has given me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and delivers information in a way that is both easy to understand and very encouraging.
