The details on how they got there:
Before working together, what was happening in your business? How were paid ads and email marketing implemented?
“After a great first year in business, my business traction was coming to a grinding halt. As a business that relied primarily on Instagram for clients, I felt a shift on socials where I wasn’t gaining traction anymore, let alone leads. I saw no real consistency in results from paid ads. Email marketing felt like a ‘nice to have’, not an essential, hence spending zero time and effort growing and nurturing my list. I was starting to feel extremely defeated and deflated. Essentially, I felt I had put all of my eggs in one basket (Instagram), and was overwhelmed with worry when I felt the shift in engagement on the platform. When I saw Sam showcasing how she helped a client increase their conversion rate astronomically, I had to know more.”
What shifts have you experienced in both life and business since we began working together?
“The engagement on socials has been a massive jump from before working with Silk. An increase in followers and improved engagement had led to more messages from potential leads — almost double what I was experiencing. Secondly, our email lists have grown steadily thanks to Sam’s email sequence recommendations and ad placements. The biggest result is the increase in bookings. Prior to working together, I started going down the cold calling route, resulting in low-quality leads and smaller projects. Essentially I was working twice as hard to try and get work through the door. After working with Sam, I can confidently say I have a steady flow of work coming through: high-quality clients with larger budgets and bigger projects within my niche/desired industries. I am booked out at least two months in advance, which feels incredible. I feel the biggest sense of relief, knowing I have the support and help of Sam to lean on when things get a little quiet. Not quite sure what I’d do without her now!”

However, I couldn’t have imagined the level of support I’ve experienced so far.
