Fit & Folly is a women’s boutique in Shepparton, housing recognisable labels like Frank Green and Lorna Jane.

The details on how they got there:
Before working together, what was happening in your business? How were paid ads and email marketing implemented?
“Before working with Silk, we had a very ad-hoc approach to social media. We had no paid ads, just boosted posts on Facebook — which I now realise was far from what we needed to do. Email marketing was hit and miss. As much as we tried, we were inconsistent in both the delivery and appearance of emails, not to mention the time it took to put them together. Ultimately, I realised how important social media and email marketing were to our business, but we didn’t have the time to invest, or the polish to make our ideas look as good as they should.”
What shifts have you experienced in both life and business since we began working together?
